First Farm Inn's spacious, uncluttered and attractive rooms each have private baths accessible from inside each room and queen-sized beds.
The 1870s Room has tall windows overlooking the neighbor's pasture. The matching antique oak bedroom set has been in Jen's family for four generations. Hanging quilts were made by our great grandmothers.
"We enjoyed our short - 1 night stay in your beautiful home. It was a quiet, peaceful respite and one that we hope to repeat soon for a weekend. The blue room was perfect for us. Being a So. Carolinian by birth, I loved the watercolors of Pawley's Island and Barbados was a favorite family vacation. The animals were gentle and friendly. Fluffy and the horses were our favorites. This is a special place and you do a wonderful job. Thank you for your gracious hospitality and for the breakfast carbonara. Delicious! We'd like to try the hot tub and massages when it's cooler weather." - Florence, KY
The Treetops Room is ideal for girlfriend getaways and families (with responsible, well-mannered children) as well as couples who enjoy its bright, airy spaciousness. 1870s vintage oak furniture from Jen’s great grandparents as well as collections over the years brings a historic feel back from its modern cathedral ceiling and big two-part bath.
A queen bed, a daybed and a trundle (single bed that pops out from underneath the daybed) make it very comfortable for four. For groups of five, we can add a cot and you still have room to wander around!
"What a delightful time! The green room was so pretty and spacious with a lovely bathroom to match! We both enjoyed ourselves so much. We are both country gals turned city gals so this was very enjoyable, like going back in time, but more luxurious! What a great breakfast. Good luck, hope to see you again." - Louisville
The house is air conditioned, although it is seldom needed with the centuries-old maples surrounding it and our hilltop breezes.

Never stayed in a B&B? We're all different, but your room at First Farm Inn has all the amenities of a Radisson or a Hyatt and more. Under state law, inkeepers must reside in the house to qualify as a bed and breakfast.
In B&B terminology, our family room, living room and dinning room are “common areas” where you are welcome to gather and visit with other guests. You can play the piano, put a puzzle together, play Monopoly or Scrabble or Dominos. If you’re not sure about something, simply ask. We do our best to help you enjoy your time with us.
